Be the envy of all your neighbours with this luxury green-oak style Gable End Garage. The garage has a 28 degree roof pitch with gable ends, which enables a ridgeheight under 4meters to be acheived. The sub-4m ridge is relevant to permissible development without planning permission legislation, subject to other conditions; this may enable structures to be built without the need for planning permission.
Without shingles, this kit contains Skeleton framework with roof timbers only - supplied as open rafters left for you to batten and tile and is supplied with full-colour Beamlock installation instructions for easy self-assembly.
You can easily convert this 2 bay model into a 3, 4, 5 or more bay by simply adding the relevant number of Bay Extension Kits.
PLEASE NOTE: If you would like us to erect this Garage for you, you will need to provide scaffolding to enable us to construct the roof.
