Room in Roof Garage

Using the Beamlock system you can create a 'living space' above your garage (or workshop) - a room in roof garage..

As long as the roof pitch of your desired Beamlock structure is 45 degrees or more, you have the scope to create a room above.

In order to create a room above you need additional components (not supplied as part of standard kits):-

• floor joists,
• hangers,
• upper floor boarding
• and a way of accessing this floor (either an internal or external staircase).
